What is your return policy

We are happy to replace an item for exchange only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. All products must be in their original condition, and packaging accompanied by the pertinent sales receipt. Kimberly Baker will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Please email orders@kimberlybaker.com to receive a return authorization number. Items returned without an return authorization number will be refused by our shipping department, and rerouted back to you.

When and how will my order ship

Unless indicated otherwise, the delivery period for products ordered from kimberlybaker.com include one (1) to two (3) business days to process in addition to the time indicated by the shipping carrier. Orders are processed and shipped on Fridays, by Priority Mail excluding holidays. Kimberlybaker.com is not responsible for unanticipated delays due to conditions such as weather or air travel delays. Once we have gave the package to the carrier it is the responsibility of the carrier. Kimberly Baker is not responsible for lost packages once we drop the package off with the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to help you to track the package if the carrier loses the package on it's way to you.
